 As a nation we generally eat like crap. You know on whole I am not exagerating here. Our grocery stores are packed with low nutrient processed foods dripping in fat and other wize poisionous to our system. Here is my suggestion for the top 10 best foods you can eat for nutrition sakes. The list starts at the least nutritious (#10) of the bunch to the most nutritious (#1). 

 

Number 10 Of The Most Nutritious FoodsWould you have guessed eggs are one of the most nutritious foods? Now eggs from free roaming chickens that are fed only a vegetarian diet are the best, but eggs in general are a complete protein, loaded with vitamins A B D & E. And most of these nutrients are in the yolk, so don’t throw it away. They also have choline which helps the brains neurotransmitters function optimally along with phosphorous. Yes they are loaded in nutrients. And they will not in and of themselves spike your insulin into action which is what cleans the sugar out of your blood stream and stores it as fat. Egg’s are one of the most healthiest foods for sure.
 
The Number 9 Most Nutritious FoodYou have several non-alcoholic fermented drinks like Kefir and Kombucha. Kefir is similar to yogurt and has natural live healthy bacteria. Kombucha is a clear liquid flavored with fruits or herbs and have healthy probiodics. These help clean out the colon which helps remove toxins and promotes good health. Natural ginger ale is also great for intestinal and stomach discomfort and disorders and have been used for centuries in Asia to prevent and treat a wide multitude of physical illnesses.
 
Number 8 Most Nutritious Food- Goats milk & cheese is generally lower in fat and calories than from a cow. It is a lot higher in protein and calcium than from a cow as well. Goats milk & cheese is also jam packed with nutrients and vitamins such as amino acids, vitamin B2 and phosphorous. B6 is 25% lower in cows dairy than goats. In goats milk their is 3x as much niacin and a great antioxidant selenium is 27% higher in goats over cows dairy. Vitamin A is 47 percent higher in Goats than in Cows milk and cheese. Also a greater benefit over cows dairy is goats is a lot easier on the lactose intolerant. There is still lactose in goats dairy but due to it’s shorter molecular structure it is a lot easier to digest.

You can use in place of rice or for breakfast as a cereal. Quinoa is higher in protein than wheat, barley or even eggs. It is very rich in fiber and has a very low glycemic index. This means it breaks down slow and will not turn to sugar in your blood causing you to get fat like processed cereals will. It is considered a brain food and will cleanse and detoxify you. It is just jam packed with all manner of vitamins, minerals and nutrients.Quinoa would be a very excellent addition to your diet.

Gluten creates a glue like substance in the stomach and are typically more troublesome to females. Sprouted grain breads are soaked in water and baked very little. They are loaded with nutrients much more so than even whole grain breads. They are very rich in fiber. Good brands are Ezekiel, Silver Hills and Healthy Way.
In closing I would like to say that you really are what you eat, no more and no less. If you eat crap, you will probably feel like crap but if you eat better, way better you will feel way better.
